Tekkie is a digital agency specialising in hand-coded websites, web design and development, SEO and digital marketing. Tekkie’s real brilliance lies in their coding expertise and knowledge - this is their unique selling point and brand truth. 

Code itself isn’t that fun or exciting; How do you go about branding a company whose brilliance lies in a seemingly random stream of forward slashes, hyphens, numbers and source code? Celebrate it!

By using a monospaced typeface, normally reserved for coding, we created a unique brandmark and branding system that alludes to Tekkie’s offering in a creative and playful way. We used coding tags throughout the brand identity and created a series of typographic faces inspired by ASCII Art (sometimes hidden by coders in their work) for deployment on social media, promotional items and business cards.
